Dr. Fonseca is very knowledgeable. He helped re-align my hips after months of pain. He works quick and efficiently, talking you through why he makes the adjustments he makes. I haven’t seen many chiropractors and in the past after getting my back aligned, it always felt like my back would start going back to its usual ‘wonk’ state the same day.
The first time I saw Dr. Fonseca, I thought I had a pinched nerve….I didn’t. He was kind enough to explain to me that a muscle in my back had locked up and showed me on a diagram. Since then, I have seen him semi-regularly to get my back aligned as it goes out. Dr. Fonseca is ‘no nonsense’ and there are times where I’m out of his office with an aligned back in 5 minutes! However, there are also times where he puts a heated pad on my back to loosen up the muscles because my back was too tight.
I highly recommend Dr. Fonseca. 🙂

Dr. Fonseca is very attentive to your specific needs and is extremely helpful to get whatever is causing pain to heal itself as quickly as possible. He also give recommendations for what to do at home. He is very knowledgeable and flexible with his appt. times and now my husband is going to him as well. I highly recommend him!

We’ve been seeing Fonsrca for years. He does a great job. No nonsense. He never puts pressure on you to come back over and over again such as three times a week for a month, in order to fix an issue. If you need to follow up I suppose he understands you are smart enough to figure that out and that you’ll contact him to make another appt. When you do need an appt he always sees you immediately. It’s a small office….
no additional staff but who needs it. You arrive, he takes you in as soon as you arrive and viola! All better! Highly recommend. Oh, and a very nice, friendly person to boot!
