• We offer sports physicals for all sports programs including high school, middle school & pop warner (6 yrs & up)
• Back to school & camp physicals
• No waiting days or weeks to get a physical appt
• We can get you in within 24 hours and/or same day appts!
• Included in the physicals are:
  • Medical history
  • Vital checks
  • Eye exams
  • Fitness assessment
  • Overall health check
• We can travel to your location for team-only physicals for all programs. Requires appt in advance & a minimum of 10 players to be checked
